A European asset management company with an outstanding real estate private equity platform are currently looking to secure a senior level acquisitions professional.

Appointment Description

As part of our current growth plans, we are looking for a senior individual to head up opportunistic investments across Europe. The role would suit someone with an extensive track record of leading successful investments across Europe and who is looking to move up to the next level.

The role will be based in London.

Key requirements:

  • A successful track record of opportunistic investment in the German market.
  • An ability to originate investments, either as real estate private equity or joint ventures aiming to achieve a higher return in real estate.
  • Analyse deals and lead due diligence process.
  • Post transaction management of investments including involvement of key decisions of the underlying companies including asset investment/divestment, financing and approval of corporate business plan. Sitting on boards of operating companies/joint ventures. Potential involvement in existing investments located in UK, Sweden, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and France.
  • Manage team members.
  • Management of the exit of transactions realizing value on underlying investments.
  • Fluency in English and second European language is preferrable.
  • Team player.
